I’m in a similar situation and I’ve not been sent a bill since October 2019.

I’ve had a look into your account there, and it seems like a statement from October to the present has been issued now. If you login you should be able to see it under the ‘payments and statements’ section. I’ve attached a link to where you can login and view them below.
