Statement - not updated


When will my account update with my new statement, also my payment is still showing as pending?

Welcome to community and thanks for posting.

Your payment will be showing as pending for up to 10 working days after it leaves your bank. If you check back in a few days, it’ll show as a completed payment in the Bulb account.

With regard to your statement being updated, it should be added to the Bulb account around your payment date (although it’s sometimes a few days later). I’ll just send you an email now so that I can take a look into your Bulb account specifically.
