That’s odd - the statements should be automatically produced monthly and emailed to you and put on under Payments & Statements (with a ‘Download statement’ option). If this hasn’t been happening, it’ll be best to contact Bulb directly via email, telephone or live chat via How to get in touch – Bulb and they’ll be able to assist. As this is a community forum mainly attended by other customers like myself, there’s not much else we can advise in account specific inquiries such as this apart from pointing you in the right direction.
