Statement

I have been a member for 3 months. I have not received a statement. Agreed you have had to readjust readings from previous supplier but I have submitted monthly meter readings and my account does not seem to be properly set up, there are no statements, all my readings are not recorded and there is no option to leave Bulb on my account

I would contact Bulb direct, their contact details are on the bottom of the Help page.

If you want to switch supplier, you just need to start the switch and your new supplier will let us know that you’re leaving us.

It would be sad to see you go though. I’ll take a look at your account to see what is going on…

Ok, it since you joined us in May you should have received two statements on the 1st of June and the 1st of July. I’ve just asked an Energy Specialist to help get this fixed for you. I’ll drop you an email once it’s sorted.

Sorry for the delay but I think this is an easy fix on our side.
