My account statements are e showing money going in, but for about 8 months, there has been no statement generated to take money out. This means my account is showing high credit. Is there a bug that means my bills are not being generated? So I am on paying money in and none is being taken out?
Best if you contact Bulb direct via email,phone or chat (Mon-Fri) and they will sort it for you.

Bulb can generate all of these past statements for you. I’m sure they’ll appear on the forums and sort it out if you don’t contact them via more direct means on Monday.
@ClaireQ I can see that we have generated a bill for you now and you should receive this or be able to view this online very soon, if not now.
