How often are they issued my last one was January?

Hey @Adoption10 thanks for getting in touch with us. I’ve had a look at your account and I have found the issue. We haven’t received technical details for your gas meter yet which is confusing our system when it tries to send you monthly statements.

I’ve now raised this as an issue to see if we can get sent these details as soon as possible. I’ll give you an update this time next week to see if we have received the details and what steps we will carry out to help resolve this problem.
