Still being charged by old supplier

I’m not sure if anyone else has had this problem, but I moved to bulb at the end of May to start on 1st June and part of the switching was that they would close the account with our old supplier - for June (as expected) July and now August we have been charged by our old supplier - any ideas what to do?

  1. Speak to old supplier why they are still charging you.

  2. Depending on their answer speak to Bulb
