Still getting charged from EDF - gas

I moved from EDF in may and they are still sending me bills from my gas. They are estimating my usage. Electricity is fine.

When I log into my bulb account you have not input my initial gas reading so it would appear EDF have never been given an initial meter reading from you guys.

I’m being charged twice!
