Still haven't recieved meter key 1 month after moving!

I’ve already contact their support twice and each time they say "oh the key will be in the post within the week.

Getting sick of this. Might just leave.

May as well, seems to be the only language they understand.
Then they run about like the proverbial B/A fly trying to rectify the situation.

We’ve had an issue with our prepay contractor lately that meant they were missing information on new accounts with us. This stopped keys being sent out, but we can manually update them with that information now and request a key be sent urgently.

It sounds like this may have already been done but I will send you a private message so I can get your account up.

I sent you my details, any update on whether I’m getting a key or not?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there is not much point asking them today.
It’s Monday, and they think it is another Bank Holiday

Our prepay partners confirmed that the key was posted out to you on Tuesday, so this should be with you in the next 1-3 working days now.
