Still waiting for a response from Bulb!

I’ve submitted readings evidenced by photo’s mid January 2020. They still haven’t been registered.
Bulb phones aren’t answered. Messages on the account ignored.
I left a negative review on Trustpilot which was immediately replied by bulb. I followed this up with a another email. Nothing!
I suggest negative reviews on trip advisor “might” get them to act eventually!!

Im in the same boat, I have a smart meter, the readings are not being acknowledged by bulb, I have sent gas and electricity readings (should not need to but…)and only the gas shows up. They don’t acknowledge the problem on the e mails they have sent back.

I meant trustpilot reviews might prompt them to get adequate staffing!
