Still waiting for my final bill

I move out at 29/3/2022 and I can see in Bulb app that I should have final bill around 12/4/2022 but I still do not have that. I am afraid something is wrong there. I move out to another country so I do not have another supplier in the UK now.
Can someone help me please?

I have had a look at your account and your final bill is still being processed by our operations team. This will take longer than the timeframe originally given to you and we are really sorry for the delay and frustration this may cause.

Once the bill is ready we will send it out to you over email. We won’t need any further information from you for now so it is a matter of just waiting for it to be sent :blush:
