Strange / Confusing billing

Any one else confused by Bulbs billing? They’ve been crediting me monthly for every period since 1st June and then billing again for the next month. Just had a credit note for the last 3 months and a bill for 4 months.
I think the billing dept. need to rewrite the software and I need to stop sending meter readings in more than once a quarter? System can’t cope with regular meter readings obviously.
Great company, seriously rubbish billing system.
