Submit final meter reading

I want to give you my final meter reading, but the meter reading option has been turned off.

If you’ve switched suppliers, Bulb will receive your final meter reading from your new supplier (their ‘opening meter reading’ will become Bulb’s ‘final meter reading’, but it can take up to 8 weeks for this to filter through to Bulb due to a ‘verification process’ and once Bulb receives it, they’ll get your account fully closed/refunded).

I’m guessing Bulb has already received notification about you leaving and so has started the closing process.
