From looking at previous posts it seems others have had similar and ongoing issues for years.
On the website I log in - click energy use - click ‘submit a reading’ and it returns me to the dashboard. Same thing if I go via the “help” page.
On the app it just crashes every time I click ‘readings’. Happens on both Samsung and iPhone. I’m yet to submit a reading and I’ve been with Bulb for almost a year.
Shoddy and irresponsible. How do I fix this?
