Submit meter readings I am not moving!

I have been trying to submit meter readings since July 2019 and it just keeps saying I am leaving I have asked the staff to sort it on two occasions and they said that they had but no it still doesn’t work and I and fed up with hanging on the phone being assured its fixed when its not!!!

Please can this be sorted, I am not moving house and I want to submit meter readings!!!

the easiest way would be to change supplier, sort itself then.

sorry to burst your bubble but I have just been onto my account at 80 whitehill Road and it stall says that I am leaving when I try to submit a meter reading!!!

Please can you try again to resolve this issue or I will have to take it up with the ombudsman
