I have problem I can not submit readings through my online account. I sent an email to bulb, but they still write the same and send me to this place. I can not put my reading on my online account because I do not know where. I can only see an earlier reading that was sent to another supplier. I asked in the email for a step by step guide on how to approve my new readings. (eg click on … then go to …), but no one helped me. I am a new client and this is my first time when I have to give a meter reading to a bulb. I hope that someone will help me in the end.
When you login to your account dashboard you should see a big green button to submit your meter readings, along with “Payments and Statements” and “Energy use” etc. If you can’t see it (and it should be obvious) then there may well be a configuration issue with your account. I would send you a screenshot to show you what to click on, but I don’t have the button myself any more due to my smart meter sending readings automatically.
If that doesn’t work, you could try the Android or iOS app and see if you can submit via that.
Based on the info in your duplicate thread, there is a problem with your account and the “submit reading” box isn’t showing up.
@“Eleanor at Bulb” I think this needs to be looked at. How come the response @Dariusz has already received didn’t identify the problem?
@Dariusz I suggest if you use the app it’ll probably work. This is a problem specific to the web interface.

It’s possible that Bulb have started reading your smart meter, but unlikely, and without confirmation I’d expect that to not be the case.
All I can suggest is that you get back to Bulb again and try to explain the problem more clearly, that you simply don’t have the submit readings button. In the mean time @“Eleanor at Bulb” might pick this up.
I have app to and there is same problem.
From there the gas / electric should be visible to click.
