Hi, I just submitted a wrong meter reading, I put the gas in the electric reading. Now I cant correct it beacuse it will look like the meter has gone backwards. Any suggestions?
One of the Bulb team will be in contact with you to sort it out. They generally do not work Sat & Sun.
Hi @Roger4824 no problem I’ve removed that incorrect reading, you should now be able to put in an accurate one through your bulb account
