Submitting a meter reading proving impossible

Apologies if i am missing but i cant see where to submit a reading; my dashboard has 4 options - payment and statements, energy usage, account settings and refer a friend. there is no mention within these sections about where i submit my readings. Anyone able to help? thanks in advance!!

have tried both the app and the website - both proving equally useless. when you hit ‘submit reading’ you get taken to the reading page where you are told ‘when you submit readings they will appear here’…


This has been brought up a couple of time during the last week, apparently one possible cause id is that you have a smart meter which can be read by Bulb and hence you don’t need to submit meter reading.
