Finding it impossible to find link on bulb website to submit a reading. Just keeps bringing me to community . So here I am,
We are having exactly the same issue.
Me too - my email address seems to be registered but not my password. All the links take me to the same page (enter meter readings, reset password, instant log in), Also had to register with a different email address in order to post a reply on this forum.
A number are reporting the same common issue.
What happens or what do you see when you click on this link: https://account.bulb.co.uk/login ?
