Submitting Gas Meter Readings - Bulb Ignoring

Most months I submit gas meter readings but Bulb do not take any notice and only charge me a standing charge. This is going to result in a big increase of my debit due to no fault of my own.

I also have smart meters, electric is fine but no gas reading taken.
