Submitting meter readings not working

Does anyone else have this problem?
I submit on the app every month but it never actually works. It says my last meter reading was in January.

The live chat doesn’t work, and calling 9-6 Mon to Fri is next to impossible in my job. Anyone know how to resolve this or if there is an email that’s monitored or another live chat that works?
