Submitting Meter Readings

Hello, I just submitted my first meter reading but the meter reading was taken 1 day before and it was not taken today.
When I typed my meter reading, there was no choice for me to put the exact date for my meter readings.
My 1st meter reading was taken 21st of November 2018.
I remember when I was with Powershop, they always made me to put the exact day and time for my readings but is it how it is for bulb that you don’t ask the date for the readings?

It’s a limitation with Bulb that you can’t enter a date. The readings are always assumed to be taken on the day you submit them.

Since it’s only 1 day out, I wouldn’t worry about it. It’s not a big deal. When you switch, your first meter reading is ±5 days anyway of the date of the switch.
