Submitting readings online

Every month I submit both gas and electric readings but the website does not update. It will normally update after I submit the readings multiple times. This month however it will not accept my readings at all. Extremely frustrating :frowning:

What do you mean by “will not accept my readings”? Is there an error message? How do you know they’re not being accepted? Typically there’s a few days delay between submitting the readings and them appearing in the list of previous readings.

There’s usually a short delay before the reading show up. This is due to the cross checks with the estimated usage on the third party industry systems. Multiple submissions won’t help. I get an email after submitting my monthly meter readings, and it can be anything from a few minutes to a few days for the readings to show up on my account.
