Submitting readings

Was asked to submit first meter readings but there’s nowhere to submit them? The app seems broken, there’s no option on the website, and no one is responding via email. Any suggestions?

I’m having a similar problem, I was able to submit regular readings but now I have no option to do that. The gas readings are being picked up via the smart system but the electricity one hasn’t been updated for a while now.

If you have a smart meter, you won’t be able to submit your meter readings through your bulb account.

This is because we should be able to read your meters remotely.

We have been having some issues with actually getting these readings onto some customer’s bills. Let us know if you are seeing estimated readings and we can raise this with our smart team.

If you want to give us meter readings for us to submit manually, just send us an email with the readings
