Supposed to be on the Smart tariff but my account says Vari-Fair

Shortly after signing up for Bulb, I registered for the beta smart tariff. Shortly after, I received an email telling me that I was switched to the smart tariff, however after logging into my account today, it still says I’m on the Vari-Fair and gives me the option to try the beta out…

Completely normal. All tariffs are “Vari-fair” whether it’s single rate or multi-rate. You’re on Vari-Fair Smart Beta.

And the button to switch to the smart tariff never goes away. Brilliant software.

It does go away if you have a SMETS2 smart meter!
