We have been presented with a large bill for £725 exit bill from British Gas from a faulty meter they put in. They now say your new company ( Bulb) will need to put in another meter, so it was too arrange a day when you could do this please

@denise2781 are you able to tell me how the meter is faulty, are the readings going haywire?
Is this an elec or gas meter? We can then look at getting this replaced.
