I cancelled my switch online but received a letter from my current supplier to say I was leaving them. I have heard nothing from bulb and it’s impossible to get in touch during their very short opening hours while most of us are working.

I’ve just checked and your switch has has been fully cancelled with us.
If you received the communication from the other supplier by letter I suspect that may have been sent out prior to your cancellation and arrived after.
It looks as though we have been sending out communications, but get in touch with us by email if you’d like to know more.
