Switch Cancellation

Good morning, I would like to immediately cancel my switch, as of 02/04 i put a switch request in, then to be sent my starter email detailing exact prices. giving that, Standing Charges, Electric and Gas are all more expensive i cannot see how your company are going to be cheaper…

As im requesting the cancellation on the same day im obviously within the 14 day cooling off period.

Please advise me when this request has been completed and cancelled.

As requested, we’ve withdrawn your switch. I’m sorry to hear the tariff didn’t reflect the kind of savings you’d expected.

Without hard numbers of your actual usage, we make a quote based on the average property with your characteristics. It looks like in this case, you consume more energy than we anticipated.

For future reference, if you decide to get a quote again you can always view the tariff details before deciding to switch.
