You have said that I will become a bulb customer from 15/02/17 but my contract with existing supplier doesn’t finish until 28/02/17.

Because you’re switching to us, your contract with them will end early. Don’t worry though, they can’t charge you an exit fee if you leave within 49 days of the end of your contract. And even if they did, we’d refund it into your Bulb account for you.
