I have recently applied for switch from EDF to BULB using referral. Got confirmation on switch date which will be 5th August.
At the moment the property has prepaid meter which will need replaced with post paid meter.
Could you please confirm if new meter will be installed once switch done and any chance i can have Smart meter installed when it rolls out?
Hi, we won’t be able to replace the pre-paid meter at the moment, and we will be offering smart meters to all our members when we roll them out
