Flow energy have told me today they are still waiting for my final gas meter reading from you.
I have moved from flow to bulb and I want flow energy to send me back my credit balance that I have with them. They won’t do this until you send them those readings.
I would be really grateful if you can look into this for me and check it’s been done please?
