Switch over not complete now can’t top up

Hi,

I switched to bulb from British Gas I have a smart meter. The switch competed today so British Gas have closed all my account meaning I can’t top up. Bulb account says still switching can’t top up. Is that just online or can I use the cards as I need to top up my meters and now I can’t??! No support today as bank holiday

Nobody should be left without fuel. Especially in this weather! I’d just continue to use the key/card you was using until bulb send you theres
