switch over ?

i requested to switch over Gas and Elec only my Gas has been switched is that Norm or have i a problem ?

If you haven’t received notification from Bulb letting you know of a delay (sometimes the old supplier may be reluctant/slow to release and/or there may have been a technical issue), I would drop them a line on help@bulb.co.uk or call them on 0300 30 30 635 to find out what’s happening (see https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001240291-How-can-I-get-in-touch-with-Bulb- for opening times).

Whilst Bulb staff do occasionally pop by on this community forum, it does tend to to be fellow customers (like myself) helping other customers - and the best way of getting answers to account specific queries such as this is to email/call Bulb directly.
