I switched on December 9th 2017 and there was a switch reward of £100 which I’ve been waiting for ever since. No money so far. Please explain.
That’s odd - I switched on the 8th and the first entry in the “Payments and Statements” (click “Load more”) is the £100 account credit on that date.
Do you know whose referral link you followed for the switch reward (I believe, but can’t confirm, the reward was only for “friends referrals”)?
@ellasaskia If you take a look at your Bulb account the credits were applied on the date of your transfer.
