HELP! My switch page says I’m switching from EDF when In fact British Gas are my current supplier, likewise the serial numbers don’t match the ones I have on file! What should I do?

I can see we’ve now got you back on track with the right meters.

Sorry that there was an error with your switch. Occasionally meters are listed incorrectly on the national database and suppliers can take supply of the wrong one.

We will of course never bill you for energy we did not supply.
