Hi as above. British gas still gas electric account open. I wanted to leave and still go very expensive electricity account running. I should be with Bulb. The say don’t have withdrawal date. Im fed up phoning them. What is happening?
Your switch to us on 25 August was successful for both gas and electricity.
We have sent both your readings to your old supplier. It’s normal for the reads to take around 6 weeks to reach the old supplier, as they go through various third parties from both sides to be validated.
Do get in touch again if British Gas haven’t closed your account by 6 October and we’ll look into it.
