Switched with SMETS2 Prepay smart meters

Hi all,

Switch completed today. Shortly before starting it my previous supplier installed SMETS2 prepayment meters.

I know Bulb will switch these to credit and that’s fine. Checking my electric meter it is displaying a message about being in credit mode, so I assume that’s happened.

Buuut, Bulb sent me an old-style top-up key for the electric meter (although nothing for the gas?) which is obviously useless, and my account says I’m on the prepayment tariff…

Is my account going to work itself out at some point and realise I’m in credit mode? I kinda assumed this would all get sorted during the switch.

I can contact Bulb tomorrow but thought I’d ask here in case anyone knows.
