switching a holiday home

I used to be a customer of bulb at my ‘normal’ home, but have changed.
I have just bought a holiday home and changed the supply of gas and electric to bulb.
I have had an email telling me that I can watch the switch.
When I click on the link to my bulb account in the email, it takes me to my old, closed account.
I cannot see anything about my new address.
I would like to switch my ‘normal’ house back to bulb, but am a bit uncertain. Should I wait to see what happens with the holiday home?
