Switching but no gas?

I’m in the process of switching, both elec and gas, but bulb have only asked for an elec reading and in my ‘tariffs’ section it only mentions elec, not gas.

What’s gone wrong and how do I fix this?

@losalnos I can see that we only were requested to change your electricity meter, are you able to confirm with me what your gas meter serial number is (in a message) then I can switch the gas as well.
