Hi my account went live today so does that mean the switch from my old supplier is complete?
@Gwar, when you say it went live, what do you mean?
If Bulb have sent you an email telling you the switch is complete, then the switch should be complete.
Your old supplier can take a while to confirm the meter readings and provide you with your final bill though if that’s what you’re asking about. Bulb suggest it can take up to 6 weeks.
