Switching - Final Bill

I have received my final Gas and Electricity bills from Scottish Power, do I need to email these or post them to you in order to arrange the rebate?
Have sent yesterday to the help email address but not sure if this is the right one?

Hi @gavinstreet_80, if you’ve emailed a copy of your final bill with the exit fees listed over to help@bulb.co.uk then that’s all you should need to do.

It can take a few days for them to process the refund.

If you hear nothing by the end of the week, I’d give them a ring to check.
