Switching friends disappearing


Really enjoying your service, but 3 times now friends have been switching due to my referral link etc. then when switch day has come, they have disappeared. No credit on the account and no evidence of their switch showing. I know they are now Bulb customers so what has happened?

Is this an anomaly and can it be rectified?
