Switching from British Gas


I have just switched to Bulb from British Gas, however the final bill that I have received from them has meter readings that do not match those I gave to you (they are approximately right, but estimated). Do I need to contact them to correct it or will you do that?

We have sent off your meter readings today and so British Gas will update their final bill in the next couple of weeks. It just takes a bit of time to have the meter readings checked over and then for the billing team at British Gas to re-issue your bill.
