switching from bulb & in credit account.


I just wanted to know when switching from bulb to another supplier will I get a refund of the credit i have in my bulb account straight to my bank account?

Hey @saghirahmed - you will probably have to request a refund for the remaining credit, but I can’t see it being an issue! Just send an email to help@bulb.co.uk and the friendly faces as Bulb will help you out.

Hey @saghirahmed. Yep - you’ll get any remaining credit back. We’ll send you a final bill summarising your usage within 2 weeks of switching and transfer the remaining credit into your bank account :slight_smile:
