Switching gas from British Gas

I’ve just been in touch with BG who say that I’m still with them on the main suppliers’ database despite switching from them to Bulb on 4th September. What should I do?

Silly question, but I assume you had official notification from Bulb to confirm your switch took place on 4 Sep? Also by now you would have received your very first statement from Bulb if you had switched on 4 Sep, have you received this?

@Claire24 Please can you send a photo of your gas meter to help@bulb.co.uk. It might be that we have taken over the wrong gas meter and we need to work out which is your correct one.
