I have recently switched over from OVO. They have installed a smart meter and this would update my account automatically. Now I’ve switched to bulb will you access the readings in the same way? Or will I have to revert back to sending readings again. Thanks
I believe you will for now have to submit readings, Bulb are planning to install smart meters later this year.
I think it depends on whether your smart meter is a first generation unit (supplier specific and not reprogramable) or a second generation unit which can be reprogrammed fir new suppliers
