Switching payment method

Hi, I have just signed up with
Bulb, I was told my switch date was the 15/9 and that I was to expect my top up key & card in 2 weeks.
My question is. How do I change this to a direct debit tariff? I have just moved into a property with prepayment meters and wish to change this to monthly/quarterly direct debit.

In most cases (unless you’ve got a new compatible SMETS2 meter), it’ll involve swapping the actual physical meter - Bulb can do this for you https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/360016323991-Can-I-exchange-my-prepayment-meter- : it might cost around £120 per meter though ( https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/360028024111-Can-I-get-my-meter-changed- ).
