ive just switched from npower i havnt had a confirmation Email .
i also have a £50 buy out charge which is covered by bulb but therd waz nothing on my online form to fill in about this

Hi, hope you used a referral link. Do you mean Npower exit fee charge?

@kevmc you should get your welcome pack via email in the next few hours. If you have exit fees from Npower, just upload them onto your Bulb Account once you have your final bill in 6 weeks or so.
