Switching to bulb, first payment to expensive

Hi I’m about to switch to bulb but thinking of stopping it as my initial payment is way too high and I can’t contact bulb. Any advice greatfully received

We calculate your monthly payments using your annual usage figures you give us when you sign up. Or we use an estimate based on the average usage for your house size and area.

Let us know what you’d like to change your monthly payment to and we’ll reduce it. You can send me a private message if you’d rather.

Once your first payment has been made, you can change your direct debit amount on your Bulb Account under the “payment and statement” tab.
