Switching to Bulb with a smart meter already installed

Hi. I’m in the process of switching to Bulb from First Utility. I have a Secure Pipit 500 smart meter…will this be compatible with Bulb’s plans for smart meters or would I have to replace them again? Thanks.

Hi @mark676 - The Secure Pipit 500 is the in-home display which talks to the meter on the wall. We will be able to confirm later in the year whether we can talk to your specific meter or whether we can get you a brand new one :slight_smile:
